pd|hub presents at the 2026 Graduate Career Consortium Annual Conference

Date Posted: Monday, June 22, 2026

pd|hub is excited to participate in the 2026 Graduate Career Consortium Annual Conference, taking place June 22-25 in Sacramento, California.

On Thursday, June 25th from 11:10am-12:00pm PT, pd|hub will host a listening session, “Contribute to Change in the Research Training Ecosystem: Shaping the Future of Career-Related Mentorship.” This interactive session will introduce GCC members to the newly launched NIH-funded pd|hub Mentorship Action Collaborative and invite participants to contribute to the conversation by discussing career-related mentorship needs across graduate and postdoctoral training. We will explore opportunities for systems change and help define actions to advance this essential component of the research training ecosystem.

In addition, pd|hub will present a poster, “The inaugural pd|hub Collection: Ready-to-use program materials to support student/postdoctoral career exploration,” at the Education Research Showcase on Tuesday, June 23 from 4:15-5:15pm PT. The poster will highlight findings from our national cross-site evaluation of learning outcomes from the pd|hub Collections: Foundations of Career Exploration for PhD Scientists and provide updates on the upcoming public release of Implementation Guides for two models: Self-Assessment to Guide Career Exploration and Storytelling Framework for Career Exploration.

Throughout the conference, pd|hub staff will be available to discuss the pd|hub Collections and answer questions about the soon-to-be available Implementation Guides, as well as share opportunities to engage with the pd|hub Mentorship Action Collaborative. We look forward to connecting with you there!
